『HelloBoss』はこのたびシリーズAラウンドのファーストクローズで、欧州のメディア大手のBertelsmann社とこれまでに17以上のIPOと40社ものユニコーン企業への出資実績を持つ名門VC「BAI Capital」から、日本初となる出資を受け、資金調達を実施しました。
併せて、第3世代AI採用サービス『HelloBoss』に独自の特許技術を実装した求職·求人AIエージェントをリリースしました。
新しいインタフェースでは、地図と求人情報が連動し、求職者は履歴書をドラッグ＆ドロップするだけで、最適な求人の自動提案や求人ごとのマッチ度表示、さらに求人ごとの履歴書AI添削といった新感覚の仕事探しが体験できます。
また、採用側には候補者に関する対話型AI分析や面接AIサポートなど、募集から選考までを支援するAIソリューションを提供するとともに、成功報酬を取り入れた新しい料金プランを展開します。
新機能と新プランのリリースに続き、これからの事業拡大に向けてオフィスを移転し、自社採用体制の強化に取り組みます。

在全新的界面中，地图与招聘信息实现联动，求职者只需拖放上传履历，即可体验到最适合职位的自动推荐、职位匹配度显示，以及按职位提供的履历 AI 修改等全新的求职方式。
此外，面向招聘方，我们提供候选人的对话式 AI 分析、面试 AI 支持等从招聘到筛选的 AI 解决方案，并推出了加入成功报酬机制的新收费方案。
