We are pleased to announce the launch of the free beta version of HelloBoss’s “Personal AI Agent for Career”, Japan’s first personal AI agent designed specifically for job seekers!
Through resume analysis and AI-powered voice interviews, the agent continuously learns about each individual’s career background, work experience, job preferences, and future career goals. It then recommends suitable opportunities from a database of over 700,000 job listings, including high-level and executive positions.
The agent also assesses each user’s career competitiveness across six key dimensions and provides personalized advice. From creating and refining resumes to generating resume photos and application messages, it offers end-to-end AI support throughout the entire job search and application process.
Powered by HelloBoss’s proprietary data infrastructure and large language models, the agent continuously deepens its understanding of each user over time, delivering increasingly personalized career support with every interaction.
